More growth, new strategies coming as First Weber announces new leadership

(Madison, WI, Jan. 6, 2022)–The new year brings excitement for First Weber Realtors®, with changes in executive leadership positions as Shawna Alt takes over as CEO of Wisconsin’s largest real estate company and Tamara Maddente moves to president.  After nearly 50 years in real estate, former CEO, Kevin Donnell, will transition to the position of Chairman where he will continue to serve on the executive leadership team and focus on strategic initiatives.

With 28 years of experience within the industry, Alt has held diverse roles in the company rising from personal assistant and sales agent to regional sales manager and president. Maddente brings more than 30 years of experience to her new role as president, stepping up from senior vice president and regional manager. Maddente brings passion and energy to her role and works diligently to drive innovation and progess. She has served as a Director of the Wisconsin Realtors® Association, as well as the past president of the Metro Multiple Listing Service where she remains a current member of the executive committee. She also serves as president of the First Weber Foundation.

EBBY HALLIDAY COMPANIES HIRE FIRST OKLAHOMA AGENTAFTER EXPANSION ACROSS RED RIVER

(EVERYWHERE, OK – May 18, 2021) In historic news for the Ebby Halliday Companies, President & CEO Chris Kelly announced that the first agent has been hired for the first Ebby Halliday office outside of Texas. Stan Gardner, an established real estate professional in Owasso, OK, near Tulsa, will carry this unique distinction into his new role.

Outside of work, Stan has served as a local Scoutmaster with Boy Scouts, helping over 30 young men become Eagle Scouts. He once started a Boy Scout troop in an urban Tulsa neighborhood and promoted three Eagle Scouts from it, which was a first in the history of a HUD Housing Development.

His diverse background has provided Gardner the opportunity to work with professional men and women, city council members and people from all walks of life – the perfect segue to his career in real estate.

Once licensed, it didn’t take long for Gardner and his team to become No. 1 in sales production in Owasso.

INTERO CONTINUES NORTHERN CALIFORNIA EXPANSION WITH ACQUISITION OF BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HOMESERVICES CALIFORNIA REALTY OFFICE

CUPERTINO, Calif. (April 1, 2021) — Intero®, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., today announced the acquisition of San Bruno-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The selling ownership group of Larry Franzella, Brian Boisson and John Gieseker will stay on with the new Intero office in various capacities. Mr. Franzella will continue as vice president and managing officer of the Intero San Bruno office, while Mr. Boisson and Mr. Gieseker will continue as top-producing REALTORS®.
