(March 27, 2019) – HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, today announced that it has earned the title of the country’s largest residential real estate company based on transaction sides, according to the REAL TRENDS 500 report. In 2018, the company’s sales associates closed 346,629 residential transactions reflecting a 5.6% increase over 2017. The REAL TRENDS ranking is based on 2018 closed transaction sides for the country’s top-500 brokerages.
