And, because our Lending, Title and Escrow services are considered Essential Business Exceptions, they are able work on-premise, following CDC and WHO guidelines, as well as in virtual locations to ensure we deliver a safe and smooth real estate experience for our valued customers. 

Examples of our reinforced collaborative initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic include:

  • Ensuring strong layers of cyber-related defenses to ensure that all confidential and proprietary customer information is safe and secure
  • Leveraging our digital technology to help home buyers and sellers connect with the right home for their families by providing virtual home showings and open houses
  • Augmenting our technology by elevating home marketing through social media platforms to promote listings digitally as appropriate
  • Conducting as much of the real estate transaction virtually. For example, remote closings and notarizations are being implemented.
